Practical information
Samos is one of the eastern islands of the Aegean archipelago and can be reached:
- directly via one of the many charter flights
- Indirectly from Athens airport via a 45-minute regular flights
- Indirectly from Athens (Piraeus port) via an overnight boat trip.
From Athens there are flights every day (duration: 54').

From Piraeus to Karlovassi there are 1 to 2 ferries a day during the whole year (distance:174 nautical miles, duration:12 hours).
